Refunds
The only thing paid for here is the Vindication Certificate: $29.00 to reveal a sealed prediction. It is delivered instantly and cannot be undone. This explains when we refund and when we don't, and why.
What exactly you're buying
You're buying the publication of a seal: that the text and its nonce become public and verifiable by anyone against the registry. Delivery is immediate and automatic.
Before charging you we warn you, on the confirmation screen itself, that revealing is irreversible and public. By continuing you agree that delivery begins immediately and that, consequently, you lose the right of withdrawal over that digital content. It is a waiver European law permits precisely in this case, and without it we could not deliver instantly.
When we refund
No argument, in these cases. Write to us and we'll sort it out.
- We charged and it wasn't revealed. If the payment went through and your prediction is still sealed, that's our failure. Full refund.
- Duplicate charge. If you were charged twice for the same reveal, we refund the excess.
- A charge you don't recognise. If someone used your payment method without permission, we refund and block the account involved.
- The service failed seriously and prevented you from getting what you paid for.
When we can't
Once revealed, the prediction is public and verifiable, and third parties may have archived its inclusion proof. Withdrawing it would break those proofs, which is precisely what the product exists to prevent. That's why we don't refund a correctly delivered reveal because you later regret what it said.
Nor do we refund based on the outcome: the certificate certifies when you said something, not that you were right. A prediction not coming true is not a defect of the product.
How to request it
Write to soporte@cassandraregistry.com with your sealer name and the seal or payment identifier. We reply within five business days.
The charge is processed by Dodo Payments as legal seller, so the refund returns via the same payment method and may take a few extra business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
If you think there's an error, write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. It's almost always faster, and a dispute freezes the case while it's resolved.
