You seal
You write the prediction and the figure that will settle it. Both go into the same hash, and neither can be softened afterwards.
It goes on the record
The seal enters an append-only register, with a serial number and a date. It is the entry that answers “show me the screenshot.”
You reveal
You check the source you named and decide. Revealing publishes the text with its original date for $29.00. The difficulty was fixed the day you sealed.

Sealing asks you to state which figure, in which source, against which threshold. The criterion travels inside the hash. One that cannot be settled is rejected on the spot.
Sealing is free. A private seal stays out of your profile and out of your count. Declaring a miss is free too. Money only appears when you choose to open the text.
